Shahbaz Gul, spokesperson for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), once again evaded charges in the case of inciting rebellion against institutions, and the court has adjourned the hearing until May 6th.
The district and session court in Islamabad conducted the hearing of the case against Shahbaz Gul related to inciting rebellion against institutions. Additional Session Judge Tahir Abbas Supra presided over the hearing.
During the previous hearing, Shahbaz Gul could not appear before the court due to his submission of nomination papers for the elections in Faisalabad. Therefore, no indictment could be made against him. Additional Session Judge Tahir Abbas Supra had directed the accused to ensure his presence in today’s hearing.
Shahbaz Gul and his lawyers, Qaiser Imam and Ali Bukhari, were present in court today for the hearing in front of Additional Session Judge Tahir Abbas Supra.
