Lahore: Justice Anwar Hussain of the Lahore High Court has requested Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court to remove former Prime Minister Imran Khan from his position as Chairman of the PTI party.
The Lahore High Court heard the request to remove Imran Khan from his position as party chairman. Justice Anwar Hussain has sent the request to the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court. The court has noted that Justice Abid Hussain is already hearing a similar request, so Justice Anwar Hussain has recommended that this request also be heard in the same court.
The Lahore High Court has sent the request to the Chief Justice with objections from the Registrar’s Office, stating that a request cannot be filed repeatedly. Justice Abid Hussain will hear the requests tomorrow.
