ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court will hear petitions against the Practice and Procedure Act today. The federal government has filed a formal request to set the case before the full court.
Under the leadership of Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, an 8-member bench comprising of Justice Ejaz-ul-Hassan, Justice Munib Akhtar, Justice Mazahir Naqvi, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Ayesha Malik, Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi, and Justice Shahid Waheed will hear the case at 12:30 pm today.
The federal government has formally requested to refer the case to the full court, expressing complete confidence in all judges.
