Meteorological Department Predicts Increase in Heat in Most Parts of the Country in the Next Two to Three Days. According to the Meteorological Department, 37 degrees Celsius was recorded in Karachi yesterday.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of a slight increase in daytime temperatures, ranging from 2 to 4 degrees Celsius above normal, in most field areas of the country during the next two to three days.
Yesterday, the highest temperature recorded in the country was in Mohenjo Daro, reaching 45 degrees Celsius.
Additionally, Dadu, Jacobabad, Sukkur, Rohri, and Skardu recorded temperatures of 44 degrees Celsius. Nawabshah and Sibi experienced 43 degrees Celsius, while Bahawalpur and Dera Ismail Khan reached 40 degrees Celsius. Lahore, Peshawar, Sargodha, Attock, and Sahiwal recorded temperatures of 38 degrees Celsius.
According to the Meteorological Department, Karachi recorded 37 degrees Celsius, Islamabad 36 degrees Celsius, Multan 35 degrees Celsius, Quetta 33 degrees Celsius, and Gilgit 31 degrees Celsius yesterday, setting new temperature records.
