Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has challenged the Judicial Commission formed for the investigation of the Audio Leaks in the Supreme Court.
Through his lawyer, Babar Awan, Khan has filed a constitutional petition in the Supreme Court, in which the Ministry of Law and Justice and the Ministry of Interior have been made respondents.
The petition states that the formation of the Judicial Commission cannot take place without the permission of the Chief Justice, nor can any judge be nominated.
