Lahore: Former Chief Minister of Punjab and leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Hamza Shahbaz Sharif, has stated that the events of May 9 have wounded the hearts of the people. They will not allow anyone, including the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), to launch an attack on the Pakistani armed forces.
Hamza Shahbaz, a leader of the PML-N, paid tribute to the martyrs in a condolence gathering. In a media interview, he said that Imran Khan and his cohorts have done what even the enemies could not do.
He stated that Jinnah House was set on fire, the GHQ was attacked, and defense symbols were defaced. If this is the kind of politics being practiced, then it is the responsibility of the nation to bury such politics. Imran Khan is guilty of a corruption worth 190 million pounds, and the nation will hold him accountable.
