Istekham Pakistan Party has approached the Supreme Court to impose restrictions on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party. Aun Chaudhry has requested the Supreme Court to ban PTI on the basis of its activities against the state and institutions.
The leader of the Istekham Pakistan Party, Aoun Chaudhry, stated in the request that the activities of the PTI are unlawful, as the leadership of the party has attacked national institutions and memorials of martyrs.
Aoun Chaudhry has requested the Supreme Court to impose restrictions on the PTI based on their activities against the state and its institutions.
A copy of the petition has also included a letter written to the Chief Justice by the Minister of Defense, highlighting the statements made by the Chairman of the PTI.
