Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan’s bail requests in various cases will be heard today in Islamabad. The PTI Chairman will appear in the courts today for the hearings.
Judge Muhammad Bashir of the Accountability Court will hear the bail requests of Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in a scandal involving £190 million.
In the Toshakhana case, the bail request of the PTI Chairman will also be heard in the Accountability Court.
The Anti-Terrorism Court will hear the bail applications of Imran Khan in the cases registered under the anti-terrorism provisions, including the May 9 incidents and the judicial complex attack.
Imran Khan’s bail applications in 6 cases related to vandalism and violation of Section 144 will be heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra.
On the appeal of Imran Khan against the Session Court’s decision to refer the Toshakhana case to the Islamabad High Court, the case will be heard in the Islamabad High Court.
In the Islamabad High Court, Imran Khan’s request to transfer 6 cases from the Session Court to another court and Bushra Bibi’s request to transfer one of her cases to another court will also be heard.
