Lahore: In the Janaah House attack case, the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has declared the Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), as guilty.
The Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court conducted a hearing on the Chairman’s bail applications in the Janaah House attack and vandalism cases, along with four other cases.
Special Prosecutor Farhad Ali Shah told the court that the police has completed the investigation of Chairman PTI, Chairman PTI was found guilty in the investigation.
The duty judge extended the interim bail until August 8 and asked the lawyers to demand the prosecution’s evidence for the next hearing.
The court has extended the PTI Chairman’s interim bail until August 8 in the cases filed against him in various police stations, including Thana Sarwar Road, Gulberg, and Shadman.
It is worth mentioning that on July 13, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) faced a joint investigation team (JIT) in six cases related to the violent events of May 9.
The JIT questioned the PTI Chairman about the events of May 9 and also presented some videos. Additionally, evidence of the operational links on March 8 and May 9 from Zamzama Park was also shown.
According to sources, the PTI Chairman could not provide satisfactory answers to the JIT’s questions, but his responses and statements were recorded as part of the investigation record.
