President Arif Alvi approved 3 bills including the establishment of Pakistan Airports Authority, all three bills were approved under Article 75 of the Constitution.
According to the President House’s press release, the President of the country has given approval to the Elections (Second Amendment) Bill 2023. The purpose of this bill is to amend the Election Act 2017.
The President has also given approval to the Pakistan Sovereign Wealth Fund Bill 2023. The objective of this bill is to establish the Pakistan Sovereign Wealth Fund.
Furthermore, President Arif Alvi has approved the Pakistan Airports Authority Bill 2023. The aim of this bill is to establish the Pakistan Airports Authority for better management, operations, and development of airports and improvement in air transport services.
The President has granted approval to all three bills under Article 75 of the Constitution.
It should be noted that yesterday as well, President Arif Alvi had given approval to five bills under Article 75 of the Constitution.
