Islamabad: Former Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has commented on the documents presented in the international media, stating that investigations should be carried out to verify the authenticity of this information.
In a statement, Rana Sanaullah remarked that this seemingly shocking act should not overlook the fact that a copy of the cypher was in the possession of PTI Chairman, which he did not return.
The former Interior Minister stated that the PTI Chairman has already put on record that the cypher copy was lost.
Rana Sanaullah further stated that if the PTI Chairman is found to be culpable in this matter, a case should be filed against him under the Official Secrets Act.
