Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the Palestinian resistance organization Hamas, said that mediators have failed to reach a ceasefire in Gaza before Ramadan, but the door to talks with Israel is still open for Hamas.
He said that we clearly say that the one who is responsible for the non-existence of a cease-fire agreement is the occupying Israel, but we are still ready for negotiations.
Mediators are now preparing to move towards a new deal after a cease-fire in Gaza failed to reach before Ramadan.
