Karachi: Rains are continuing in different districts of Balochistan and snow is falling in mountainous areas, NDMA has issued an alert regarding floods and landslides in rivers and canals.
Rain is continuing intermittently in Quetta Valley and its surroundings. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain and snowfall in Balochistan till March 13.
The Meteorological Department says that there is a possibility of more rains in most of the districts of Balochistan during the next 24 hours. DCs of rain-affected districts have issued an alert to deal with the emergency situation.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain and snowfall are expected in Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, while Karachi will remain partly cloudy today.
