The first Hajj flight from Karachi reached Medina

179 pilgrims have reached Madinah Munawwarah via PK-176 from Karachi, while 151 pilgrims have arrived through the second flight. Additionally, 200 pilgrims have reached Madinah Munawwarah via the third flight departing from Islamabad.

Upon reaching Madinah Munawwarah, Pakistani Ambassador Ahmed Farooq and Director General of Hajj Abdul Wahab Soomro welcomed the pilgrims. Consul General Khalid Majid and Director Hajj Madinah Zia-ur-Rehman were also present at the airport for the reception.

The Director Hajj mentioned that Jinnah International Airport has been included in the Road to Makkah project, and 8 counters have been allocated to Saudi immigration authorities at the airport. Special packing of Hajj pilgrims’ belongings is being provided free of charge.
