ISLAMABAD: The two senior-most judges of the Supreme Court for the Full Court Bench have written to the Chief Justice on the 26th Constitutional Amendment.
According to a private TV channel, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Muneeb Akhtar for the Full Court Bench have written a letter to Chief Justice Yahya Afridi on the 26th Constitutional Amendment.
Justice Mansoor Shah and Justice Muneeb, who are members of the Practice and Procedure Committee, have written a letter to Chief Justice Yahya Afridi and asked him to file the 26th Amendment case in full court as per the decision of the Judges Committee.

According to the judge’s letter, implementing the decision taken in the committee meeting, the cause list should be issued and the petitions against the 26th amendment should be placed before the full court in the same week.
In their letter, Justice Mansoor and Justice Muneeb Akhtar also directed the registrar to publish the meeting minutes of October 31 on the website.
