The government has significantly raised the prices of petroleum products for the next 15 days. According to the notification issued in this regard, the price of petrol has been increased by one rupee, bringing its new price to 257 rupees and 13 paise.
The notification also mentions that the price of high-speed diesel has been raised by 7 rupees. The new price of diesel per liter has now become 267 rupees and 95 paise. The new prices will come into effect tonight at midnight.
Meanwhile, OGRA has determined the LPG prices for February 2025. According to the notification, the price of LPG has been increased by 3 rupees and 68 paise per kilogram. The new price of LPG per kilogram is now set at 253 rupees and 97 paise. The price of a domestic cylinder has been increased by 43 rupees and 52 paise, with the 11.8 kg domestic cylinder now priced at 2996 rupees and 88 paise.
