Lahore: Several Pakistani cricketers have traveled to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah.
According to details, ODI captain Mohammad Rizwan, former captain Babar Azam, and fast bowler Naseem Shah are currently in Saudi Arabia for Umrah. The three players will perform the religious pilgrimage during the blessed month of Ramadan before departing for the New Zealand tour.
Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Naseem Shah are part of the ODI squad only.
For the New Zealand tour, the T20 squad will depart first, while the ODI squad players will travel later.
The five-match T20 series between Pakistan and New Zealand will take place from March 16 to March 26, followed by three ODI matches scheduled for March 29, April 2, and April 5.
