Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that party workers are ready to confront the corrupt government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Condemning the shelling on the “Save the Province” rally in Peshawar, Bilawal Bhutto stated that the KP government tried to suppress a peaceful protest in a failed attempt to hide its corruption. He added that the use of tear gas on political workers is regrettable, but they will not be intimidated by such tactics and will continue to pursue the corrupt and incompetent government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari further said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government has demonstrated cowardice by using violence against unarmed political activists, and the “Save the Province” movement has now become the voice of every citizen in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He emphasized that they are not afraid of batons and force, and their workers are fully prepared to face the corrupt KP government. The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have now seen the true fascist face of the PTI government.
