During the hearing of a bail petition on medical grounds at the Islamabad High Court, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani gave notable remarks.
The judge observed that in many instances, when an individual remains in prison for a longer period, they are eventually released on medical grounds, and soon after their release, they seem to be perfectly healthy again.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani further remarked that such individuals even travel abroad without any health-related difficulties. These comments were made during proceedings in a case where the petitioner had sought bail on medical grounds.
