An important development has emerged for candidates appearing in competitive examinations, as the Federal Public Service Commission has decided to announce the final results of CSS 2025 in the last week of February, with an official notification expected soon.
According to sources, all administrative and technical preparations related to the announcement of the CSS 2025 results have entered their final stages, while the commission has accelerated measures to ensure that the results are released on time without further delay.
FPSP officials stated that all major stages of CSS 2025, including the written examination, medical examination, and psychological assessment, are being completed smoothly, while interviews of more than 80 percent of the candidates have already been conducted. The remaining interviews are expected to be completed within the next few days, after which the process of preparing the final merit list will begin.
Sources indicated that the overall success ratio in CSS 2025 is expected to remain extremely low, possibly close to two and a half percent, once again highlighting the strict standards and competitive nature of the examination.
It is noteworthy that thousands of candidates from across the country appeared in the CSS 2025 written examinations; however, only 2.77 percent managed to clear the written stage. The written results were announced on August 22, 2025, after which successful candidates were called for interviews and subsequent stages.
Candidates are eagerly awaiting the announcement of the final results, as the process of appointments to various services will begin thereafter. The CSS examination is considered one of the toughest and most prestigious competitive exams in Pakistan, with success opening doors to senior government positions for young aspirants.
