Earthquake tremors were felt in the Khuzdar district of Balochistan, causing panic among residents who rushed out of their homes as a precautionary measure. According to the Seismological Center, the earthquake measured 4.3 on the Richter scale and occurred at a depth of 12 kilometers.
The Seismological Center said the epicenter of the earthquake was located about 70 kilometers southwest of Khuzdar, due to which tremors were also felt in nearby areas.
During the tremors, people were seen reciting religious verses and moving to open spaces. However, no reports of any loss of life or property have been received so far.
