An explosion occurred near the police station in Khyber’s Bara Market, in which 8 people injured.According to the police, an explosion occurred near the main gate of the police station in Khyber’s Bara Market, after which heavy firing has also been done in the area.
After the blast at Bara Market, the police quickly cordoned off the vicinity and rescue personnel rushed to the scene. As a result of the explosion, eight individuals sustained injuries, and they were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for urgent medical care.
The nature of the explosion remains unclear as per police sources; however, the Bomb Disposal Squad has been called in to investigate the incident.
Police say that as a result of the preliminary investigation, the blast in Bara Market seems to be suicide.
