Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Vice Chairman and former federal minister, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, has been granted an additional 3-day physical remand.
A case related to the official cypher was heard in the special court of Islamabad. Further physical remand of Shah Mehmood Qureshi was requested by FIA,The special court reserved the decision after the arguments of the parties.
Later, the judge of the special court of Islamabad, Abu Al-Hasnat Muhammad Zul-Qarnain, gave a safe verdict and further 3-day physical remand of Shah Mehmood Qureshi was approved for further investigation.
It should be noted that earlier under the Official Secrets Act, the special court of the cypher case had approved the 4-day physical remand of Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
