Lahore and Rawalpindi Boards have announced the annual results for Intermediate Part 2. In Lahore, the success rate in the exams was over 58%, while in Rawalpindi, it stood at 53.93%.
According to details, Chairman Lahore Board, Mirza Habib, announced the results for Intermediate Part 2. In the current year’s exams, 186,000 candidates appeared, with 109,000 students passing the exams.
The success rate in the exams was over 58%, with a pass rate of 48% for male students and 66% for female students.
According to the results, 10% of candidates achieved an A+ grade, 16% received an A grade, and 24% obtained a B grade. Girls outperformed boys in this year’s results as well.
The Chairman of the Board stated that the results have been uploaded to the Lahore Board’s official website. In the current year’s exams, 41% of students failed.
On the other hand, the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has announced the results of the 12th class annual exams. A total of 61,391 candidates participated in the annual exams in 2023, with 24,056 male students and 37,335 female students.
Out of the total candidates, 33,111 students passed the exams, while 28,215 were unsuccessful. The pass percentage for female candidates was 60.34%, while it was 44% for male candidates.
The Rawalpindi Board reported an overall success rate of 53.93% in the annual exams for 2023, with 894 candidates being absent.
