Karachi: A complete shutter down strike is being conducted today by traders and Jamaat-e-Islami against expensive electricity and taxes.
According to the details, today there is a complete shutdown strike across the country against taxes, electricity, and gas bills, all major business organizations are involved in the shutdown strike.
All small and big business centers from Karachi to Khyber are closed, and Qisa Khwani, Ashraf Road, Sadr Bazar Markets, and Sadr Food Street Chowk Fawara shops are closed.
In Rawalpindi, the Nanbai Association has also announced the closure of the oven and a protest outside the Press Club at 2 o’clock on the day.
There is also a shutter strike in Taxila, Gujjar Khan, Murree, Kahota, and Kalrasydan, grain market, fruit vegetable market, hotels, and markets are also closed in Wahari while all business centers, shopping centers and markets in Okara are also closed.
President of All Pakistan Anjuman Tajran Ajmal Baloch has said that there will be a complete shutterdown strike across the country today, negotiations are not going on with the government, negotiations will take place after the strike.
