Former Pakistan cricket team captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, who was overlooked in the PSL draft, is once again set to represent Pakistan. Pakistan Champions have officially signed Sarfaraz Ahmed for the second edition of the World Championship of Legends.
The former captain will be seen in action in the upcoming World Championship of Legends.
After the success of the first edition, the second edition of the tournament is set to begin. In the inaugural edition, India Champions defeated Pakistan Champions to claim the title.
Pakistan Champions announced Sarfaraz Ahmed’s inclusion through a video post on their Instagram account, where he was referred to as “Captain,” “Leader,” and “Legend.”
It is noteworthy that under Sarfaraz Ahmed’s leadership, Pakistan won the Champions Trophy in 2017.
