The Bollywood industry has once again been hit by controversy as names of popular celebrities—including Nora Fatehi, Shraddha Kapoor, and Sidharth Kapoor—have reportedly surfaced in an investigation involving alleged drug parties linked to underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.
According to Indian media, Mumbai Police’s Anti-Narcotics Cell claims that during the probe of an international drug network connected to Dawood, several high-profile Bollywood personalities were mentioned.
According to news agency PTI, the network was allegedly operated by a man named Saleem Dola, while statements from his son, Tahir Dola, have further expanded the scope of the inquiry. Authorities state that Saleem Dola organized lavish parties within India and abroad, attended not only by Dawood Ibrahim’s niece Alishah Parker but also by members of the fashion and film industries.
Tahir Dola, who was arrested abroad and brought back to India in August, allegedly revealed during interrogation that actors, models, rappers, and filmmakers frequently attended these gatherings. As the investigation progressed, the names of Shraddha Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, and Sidharth Kapoor reportedly surfaced.
Nora Fatehi responded through an Instagram statement, strongly rejecting the allegations. She stated that she does not attend such parties as she is consistently occupied with work and travel. She called the media reports false and baseless, adding that her name is being dragged into scandals without reason and that she has no link to the individuals or activities mentioned.
Nora further said that this is not the first time attempts have been made to damage her reputation, but this time she will not remain silent and will assert her stance clearly.
