Islamabad: The court has approved a two-day physical remand of Hassan Niazi, the nephew of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah said in a written decision that it is necessary to investigate the allegations against Hassan Niazi.
In the written decision, it was said that the pistol and the vehicle should be recovered from Hasan Niazi, two-day physical remand is approved.
He was arrested from the judicial complex yesterday.
