Exchange of fire between security forces and terrorists in the Tiraah area of Khyber resulted in the tragic deaths of two young men. According to the Inspector General of Police, security forces took effective action against the terrorists in Tiraah.
In the operation, two terrorists were killed and four were injured. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the possession of the slain terrorists.
The Inspector General of Police also revealed that during the exchange of fire, two young men lost their lives. The deceased individuals were identified as 26-year-old soldier Waqas Ali Shah, hailing from Charsadda, and 24-year-old soldier Basit Ali from Peshawar.
