According to details, a full court session was held under the leadership of Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faiz Isa at the Supreme Court, where all judges of the Supreme Court were present.
In the meeting, a decision regarding showcasing the court’s actions directly in the Practice and Procedure case of the Supreme Court will be made. The preparations to present the actions directly have been completed.
PTV has been instructed to complete the arrangements and to analyze the technical aspects. A delegation from PTV also visited the Supreme Court to assess the technical aspects.
After the court meeting, under the leadership of Chief Justice, a full court hearing of the Practice and Procedure case will be conducted.
It is worth remembering that in the previous leadership of Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial, an eight-member larger bench had refused to issue an order in the Practice and Procedure case.
Justice Qazi Faiz Isa had maintained this position for several months that until a decision is made on the Practice and Procedure case, they will not be part of any bench.
They had expressed this even when separating from the bench related to the formation of special courts.
