Nowshera head of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarians Pervez Khattak criticized the former prime minister imprisoned in Adiala jail and termed him as pharaoh.
Addressing a gathering, Khattak stated that the PTI’s manifesto was based on lies, and Nawaz Sharif is a pharaoh. He asserted his commitment to end this pharaonic rule.
He remarked that those who considered the PTI chief as a savior have now seen his true face. According to Khattak, the PTI head had no role in health cards and educational reforms, and the progress in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was due to his efforts.
A few days ago, speaking at an inclusive gathering in Buner, Pervez Khattak claimed that the attitude of the PTI chief was dictatorial rather than that of a democratically elected leader.
Pervez Khattak argued that the PTI’s slogan of the New Pakistan project was a drama, and their cry for change turned out to be a deception. He accused previous rulers of deceiving the public for 70 years and plunging the country into the quagmire of debts.
In a press conference yesterday, Pervez Khattak expressed his reaction to Barrister Gohar Ali Khan being elected as the PTI Chairman, calling it unacceptable.
He mentioned having brought Barrister Gohar into PTI one and a half years ago, respecting him as his lawyer. However, he suggested that it would have been better to bring a senior leader for the chairman’s position.
