Rawalpindi Former Prime Minister Imran Khan and former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi will be indicted on December 12 in the cipher case.
The cipher case was heard in Adiala Jail by the judge of the special court established under the Secret Act, Abu Al-Hasanat Zul-Qarnain.
Strict security arrangements were made on this occasion and media representatives were also allowed inside the jail for coverage today on the order of the Judicial Magistrate.
The court declared that Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi will be charged on December 12 in the cipher case.
The court has provided copies of the case to former Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
The lawyers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf requested not to provide the copy of the case.
