Further, this Enrollment No. (4407/82) was already allotted to Naeemuddin son of Moinuddin who was a regular student of Government Islamia Law College and he was enrolled in the College under Admission No. A/262 in the session of 1982/83. I had entered.
The said candidate appeared for the second time in the name of Tariq Jahangiri son of Muhammad Akram in the year 1989 in the annual examinations of LLB Part 1 with enrollment number 5968 and seat number 4069.
This Enrollment No. (5968/87) which has already been issued to Imtiaz Ahmed son of Muhammad Elahi and he appeared in the same examination with Seat No. 2474 as an ex-regular student.
Imtiaz Elahi was a regular student of Government Islamia Law College who had been admitted in the college through admission number A/281 in the session of 1987-88-
Tariq Mehmood appeared for the third time in the name of Tariq Mehmood son of Qazi Muhammad Akram in 1991 in LLB Part 2 Annual Examination with another new enrollment number 7124/87 with seat number 22857.
The summary states that as per the Pakistan Bar Council Legal Education Rules 1978, it is a mandatory requirement that law students should attend an affiliated and recognized law college regularly with at least 75% attendance.
Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri claimed that he is a regular student of Islamia Law College Karachi whereas according to the light of the letter and records of the Principal of Islamia Law College Karachi, Tariq Mahmood (Jahangiri) never attended Government Islamia Law College from 1982 to 1991.
