Karachi: The Sindh High Court has issued a written order regarding the degree of Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri and has said that not listening to the stand of Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri is a violation of the constitution.
Under Article 199 of the Constitution, it is empowered to issue directives to those doing illegal work. The court remarked that the record shows that Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri has taken these fair proceedings without hearing them.
The court believes that not listening to Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri’s position is a violation of Article 10A of the Constitution. The Constitution of Pakistan protects the fundamental rights of citizens. Unfortunately, Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri was not allowed to present his position which is illegal and objectionable. Under Article 199 of the Constitution, the High Court has the power to issue directions to anyone who is committing an illegal act.
