Islamabad: Proceedings have begun to declare Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur as an absconder.
A hearing was held regarding PTI’s protest in Islamabad on November 24. The case was heard by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah.
During the hearing, the Anti-Terrorism Court issued an advertisement for Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court directed Hassan Abdal police to ensure compliance with the advertisement and present a report on January 21.
The advertisement for the KP Chief Minister was issued in a case registered at Hassan Abdal’s Saddar Police Station.
