Pakistani showbiz star Mawra Hocane has revealed that when the drama serial Sabaat was aired, she received a message from Indian actress Neetu Kapoor.
Mawra Hocane recently appeared as a guest on a web show, where she was asked about the popularity of Pakistani dramas in India and which dramas she would recommend for Indian audiences to watch.
In response, she mentioned that one of her own projects, the drama serial Sabaat, received a great response from India.
The actress disclosed that when Sabaat was on air, renowned Indian designer Manish Malhotra also messaged her, saying that his mother was watching the drama and loved it.
She further revealed that Neetu Kapoor also sent her a message expressing how much she enjoyed Sabaat. Additionally, many of her friends from India reached out to her during the airing of the drama. She encouraged those who hadn’t watched Sabaat yet to do so.
Mawra Hocane also added that apart from Sabaat, she would highly recommend her favorite drama, Zindagi Gulzar Hai, which is already very popular in India. She urged anyone who hasn’t seen it yet to watch it.
