Around 7,000 incidents of street crime were reported in Karachi, the city of lights, last month in February, in which many citizens lost their valuables.
According to the data, 2 thousand 225 incidents of mobile phone theft were reported in February and 4 thousand 54 citizens lost their motorcycles, while 326 motorcycles were stolen at gunpoint.
In the last month, 163 incidents of car theft were reported by citizens and 15 citizens were deprived of their vehicles at gunpoint, while robbers killed 24 citizens during the last 2 months.
Apart from this, 3 incidents of target killing took place last month and more than 25 civilians were injured during robbery.
