Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari is scheduled to undertake an important visit to Qatar early next month, where he will participate in a major global conference on social development.
President Zardari will attend the Second World Summit for Social Development in Doha from November 4 to 6. The event is a continuation of the first global summit on social development held in Copenhagen in 1995 and will bring together leaders from around the world.
During the visit, President Zardari will hold meetings with the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, as well as other world leaders and UN Secretary-General António Guterres. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties and advance the global social development agenda.
