Karachi: An anti-terrorism court has acquitted Mohajir Qaumi Movement Chairman Afaq Ahmed in the dumper burning and incitement case.
The case was heard in Karachi’s Anti-Terrorism Court, during which the court ruled that there was insufficient evidence in the case against Afaq Ahmed, so he was acquitted. The case was registered by Landhi police.
It should be recalled that at the beginning of this year, after the increasing number of accidents involving trucks and dumpers, several incidents of burning vehicles were reported in the city, after which cases were filed against Afaq Ahmed based on his statements, and he was arrested.
