In the upcoming season of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), a total of eleven Pakistani cricketers are set to take the field, having been picked through auctions or signed directly by various franchises.
Khawaja Nafe and Sufyan Muqeem have joined the Rangpur Riders. Sahibzada Farhan, Mohammad Nawaz, Jahandad Khan, and others have been recruited by the Rajshahi Warriors.
Ehsanullah and Haider Ali will represent Nokhali Express. Usman Khan has been signed by Dhaka Capitals, while spinner Abrar Ahmed will play for the Chattogram Royals. Additionally, Saim Ayub and Mohammad Amir will be in action for the Sylhet Titans.
The BPL season is expected to begin on December 26, with Pakistani players once again ready to play a prominent role in one of Asia’s most competitive T20 leagues.
