Pakistan has extended the ban on its airspace for Indian aircraft by an additional month. Under the latest decision, Indian-registered aircraft will not be allowed to use Pakistani airspace until January 23, 2026.
The Pakistan Airports Authority, following government approval, has issued a new NOTAM confirming that the restriction applies to all Indian military and private aircraft.
It is noteworthy that Pakistan has maintained the closure of its airspace for Indian aircraft since April 23, 2025, and the restriction has now been extended further.
