Lahore: Chairman PTI has been arrested in the Tosha Khana case. The court had issued an arrest warrant for the Chairman PTI in the Tosha Khana case.
According to the details, Lahore police have arrested the Chairman of PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) in the Toshakhana case. The Chairman of PTI was apprehended from Zaman Park.
It is worth noting that the District and Session Court had issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for the Chairman of PTI in the Tosha khana misappropriation case.
The court had sentenced the Chairman of PTI to 3 years in prison and imposed a fine of one lakh rupees. The verdict stated that the Chairman of PTI was involved in corrupt practices and deliberately provided false information to the Election Commission.
Judge Humayun Dilawar issued an arrest warrant for Chairman PTI in the Tosha Khana case and ordered to comply with the warrant.
