The bench of the Supreme Court hearing the case of military courts has been broken. Justice Sardar Tariq Khosa recused himself from the bench.
Justice Sardar Tariq Khosa, the head of the bench hearing the case of military courts in the Supreme Court, has separated himself due to which this bench has broken up.
Earlier, the petitioner also objected to him, after which the head of the bench, Justice Sardar Tariq Khosa, separated himself from the bench at the beginning of the hearing today, due to which the bench has broken up.
The Supreme Court has sent the matter to the Judges Committee to form a new bench.
On the other hand, after the bench was broken, the order of the Supreme Court in this regard will remain suspended and the trials of civilians will continue in the military court.
