The Sindh High Court, while hearing the petitions related to the recovery of the missing persons, ordered to file a case immediately after the disappearance of the citizens.
In the Sindh High Court, the applications related to the recovery of missing persons were heard by Justice Nimatullah Phalphoto.
Justice Nimatullah Phalphoto ordered to file a case immediately after the disappearance of the citizens and said that a case should be registered immediately in the concerned police station from the area where the citizens have gone missing.
The court ordered SHO Shah Latif to register and investigate the case of missing Mir Ali Haider.
The Sindh High Court ordered the immediate recovery of the missing citizen Haider Ali.
The petitioner’s lawyer said that missing citizen Manzoor Ahmed has returned home, cases were registered against Manzoor Ahmed during his disappearance.
Subsequently, the court dismissed the request for the recovery of the missing person, Manzoor, from Steel Town.”
