A magnitude 5.1 earthquake has struck Dalbandin and surrounding areas in Balochistan.
According to the seismic monitoring centre, the earthquake’s epicentre was 15 kilometres east of Dalbandin, at a depth of 53 kilometres.
The tremors caused panic among residents, who rushed out of their homes while reciting the Kalima Tayyaba.
No casualties or property damage have been reported so far.
