Gold prices in Pakistan have seen a significant surge, reaching record levels. In the local market, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs 3,800, bringing it to a new all-time high of Rs 308,000.
Similarly, the price for 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 3,258, resulting in a selling price of Rs 264,060.
It is noteworthy that on Tuesday, the price per tola of gold had risen by Rs 1,000, which pushed the price to Rs 342,200.
Globally, the price of gold remained at $2,944 per ounce, reflecting an increase of $34, which included a premium of $20.
On the other hand, there was also an increase in the price of silver, which rose by Rs 90 to reach Rs 3,440 per tola.
