Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan ranks among the world’s leading donor nations due to its active participation in welfare and humanitarian efforts. He shared this message on International Day of Charity, underlining the importance of donations and aid in promoting social welfare.
The Prime Minister emphasized that Pakistanis take pride in helping others, regardless of color, race, or background. He noted that this spirit of generosity is not just a social trait but an essential part of Pakistan’s cultural and moral values.
Sharif further said that the passion for serving humanity runs deep in the country’s social fabric. He recalled that Pakistani volunteers have consistently stepped forward to help their fellow citizens during natural disasters, times of war, and emergencies. According to him, this enduring spirit has earned Pakistan recognition as a compassionate and giving nation on the global stage.
