The Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore has granted the prosecution a final opportunity to present the case records related to three bail petitions filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf senior leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
The case was heard by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Manzar Ali Gul; however, the prosecution once again failed to submit the relevant case documents, leading the court to express its displeasure.
During the proceedings, Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s counsel argued that the prosecution was deliberately attempting to delay the decision on the bail pleas and questioned why the records were not submitted despite repeated assurances.
Subsequently, the court adjourned the hearing on the bail petitions until November 25.
