France’s star forward Kylian Mbappé has won the Golden Boot award after finishing as the top scorer at the FIFA World Cup 2026.
Mbappé scored 10 goals during the tournament, while Argentina captain Lionel Messi finished second with eight goals.
With this achievement, Mbappé became the first player in football history to win the FIFA World Cup Golden Boot in two consecutive tournaments.
He also claimed the Golden Boot at the 2022 FIFA World Cup after scoring eight goals.
Mbappé’s back-to-back scoring performances have further strengthened his reputation as one of the world’s leading football forwards.
