The government has once again increased the prices of petroleum products, issuing a fresh notification through the Petroleum Division.
According to the notification, effective 24 July, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs4.40 per litre, taking the new price to Rs331.52 per litre.
The price of high-speed diesel has also been raised by Rs3.62 per litre, bringing the new rate to Rs378.66 per litre.
A day earlier, the government had already announced an increase of Rs6.39 per litre for petrol and Rs7.83 per litre for diesel.
With the latest revision, fuel prices in Pakistan have increased for the second consecutive day.
